He is also very kind to children...We all know that Donald is the most least racist person in the world and people say he’s mean and racist but Donald trump is not that type of guy he is more of a kind and loyal person…. Donald trump is very fair he built a wall that he paid for himself he did everything to help America and keep it safe….. He helps those in need and builds walls to end wars he will do anything to get respect and trust from other nations….. And if you think your the best looking guy you should check him out

How the Cheetah got its name 

Years ago, in the viney, clean jungle there lived a animal named Ezra - Ezra had beautiful smooth fur with black spots Ezra also had beautiful rare brown eyes.He was really good at smelling and tracking prey from miles away even if it's a mice. He was known for his incredible speed and agility. No one dares to challenge him.


One day Ezra was walking around looking for a river to have a drink. As minutes passed, Ezra finally found a big clean river however he spotted a animal, it was lion - Lion was fearless, and strong whenever someone challenges him it's almost hard for him to say no to a challenge.

Ezra noticed that his was drinking the water from his own river. Ezra furiously approached lion.
" How dare you come here, this is my river!" said Ezra
" Oh, sorry I didn't see any signs saying it's your” replied Lion
"Oh really, well I challenge you to a racing competition" said Ezra.
After that lion walked away, while Ezra went home to train.

After a month the 2 animals met up for their race
They both stood on one side of the muddy, narrow track a monkey stood up high from a tree and said "Ready...Set...Go!”
The 2 fearless animals both ran as they near the finish line Ezra saw that lion was ahead of him so Ezra grabbed a rock and threw the at lions legs, lion tripped up and fell over Ezra quickly ran past lion and made it to the finish line all the animals saw him cheat so they all called him cheetah.

Benefits of physical activity

What are the benefits of physical activity?. Is a thing that I ask myself as I write about it. Here are somethings that benefits physical activities.

The benefits of physical exercise is doing activities that can keep you  healthy and fit. It can reduce your risk of getting a heart attack and more. The reason why u need to your keep healthy is so you could live longer and to have a well toned body.   

Another thing that benefits physical exercising keeping yourself strong and to have stronger bones, muscles and joints and lower the risk of get osteoporosis. Osteoporosis, the way to reduce your chance of having osteoporosis  is to do physical exercises like running, push ups, sit ups and more that’s what helps you reduce your chance of having it.

 One last thing that benefits physical exercise is if you are regularly physically active everyday physical exercise is important because it helps alot not only does it help your body it can also help your heart keep strong. You can also help yourself by challenging yourself and by setting goals that is related to physical exercise.     

This three text all talk about how you could be healthy, fit and strong. These are what benefit physical exercise. 

Paintball

 ROUND ONE

“Paintball yass” Tevita said we went to Prince he start explaining the rules so he said you can’t shoot their heads and don’t pull the slingshots to far back or it will break. We a had been given a slingshot each and a hand full of paintballs so we start the first round it was everyone against everyone. Prince yelled “Is everyone ready!” everyone yelled “Yes!” “Go” Prince yelled a paintball went flying across my shoulder. I scanned the area to see who shot that, as I was scanning the area I saw Tevita’s head peeking out from the corner of the tyres on the other side of the battlefield he was peeking out and waiting for the right moment to fire other paintball. I saw Toni trying to get me too .Toni took a shot  he missed and that’s when I knew it was time to go in for the shot I ran as fast as I could and the only thing that I could think of was winning I fired and he fire at the same time he got me and I got him we were both out. So we both had to wait till the next round started.

ROUND TWO

Round two has start I was scared I might fail in this round it as well so I ran to cover and I slipped again this mud must be the slipperiest mud in the world so got back and hid in cover. I looked around I saw Tevita and Ana hiding I shot I hit the tyres then and shot at me she missed Tevita took his shot he missed. A few minutes later it was just me, Tevita, Sheales, Lishana, Api, Toni and Ana me, Tevita and Toni were teaming against the girls I got Ana out and Lishand Tevita got Api out and Toni got sheales out. It was just the boys left I got Toni out so it just me and tevita we each had one paintball left and who ever ran out of paintballs was out. It took awhile for someone to get out then bang Tevita shot his paintball and hit me on the chest  

ROUND THREE

Round three has started this round was a little different to the other two rounds this round was called capture the flag in this round, Prince put a flag in the middle of the field and to play this game we had to make our own teams there were 4 players in each team and there was only two teams. So there was one team on each side of the field we all waited till Prince said go. While We were all waiting in cover we made plan two of us go forward and two stay back. Then Prince yelled “Go.” me and one of my teammates ran forward it seemed like the other team had the same plain they got to the middle first when we got there we started shooting they grabbed the flag they ran back tevita was covering his mate I shot twice I miss he made it back to his side of the field “yay” their team yelled they won that round. 

LAST ROUND

   This round was the greatest one yet one person had to run straight from one side of the field to the other and as they ran we had to shoot at them. The first one to run was Tevita, Prince told us to stand on the right side of the field and to line up and had to aim at tevita. Prince said “Go.” Tevita ran as fast as he could I hit and Ana. Then it was my turn to run Prince yelled “Go!.” I ran across the field

That was my experience at paintball 

Spy Fox

“Morning Fox,” said Lily 
“Hey Lily where did you park my spy car?,” asked Fox
“Remember you took it on one of your missions” Lily replied. Fox quickly activated his Jetpack and went flying out the door he flew to the sky and scanned the city for his ride “bam found it,” said Fox.

Few minutes later… Fox made it to Sabertooth’s lair he saw Sabertooth in his car. “Hey!, Tooth boy!,” Fox called. Sabertooth looked over his shoulder “Kittens attack!” sabertooth suddenly yelled  the Kittens ran and they all jumped on Fox like he was a huge pellow then Lily appeared out of nowhere. Then she grabbed one of the kittens off fox then all the kittens went for Lily “Lily do you need help!?” asked Fox
“No!, I can take care of them go get Sabertooth!” said Lily.

Fox turned around to Sabertooth “Hahahahaha!! You're too late now!,” said Sabertooth from above “I will take your spy car and use its parts for my new x weapon to take over the world!,” Sabertooth grab the door of the spy car and he pulled it right off. Fox grab his gun out and shot at the chains that were holding car then the car almost fell to Fox but sabertooth caught it with his amazing strength Fox shot again this time he shot the platform that sabertooth was standing on then he started falling to the ground.

When Sabertooth woke up lying down on stone ground where am I and all he could see was a stone roof over his head he also saw stone walls then a thought went to his mind he thought that he was in prison he looked at it seemed to be a glass window then suddenly he heard a voice that said “Your awake this is what you get for meddling with my car you will be here for the rest of your life,” Said Fox
“Curse you Fox!,” yelled Sabertooth.

Today my swimming group have been learning about Isaac Newton 's laws of motion so far we have learned the first and third law the first law is Objects at rest stay at rest objects in motion stay in motion.
The third law was For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

HOW THE MONKEY GOT ITS RED BUM.

One day in a jungle so fine there was a nice  monkey he was afraid of many things that’s why monkey stayed in the trees where it was safe the monkey had his hands that could stick to many things like trees and more.

One day the monkey was playing in the tree when the monkey jumped in the air something hit the tree really hard and the monkey fell off the tree and hit the ground. When monkey got up he was in pain for a while he looked around to find the animal that hit the tree and monkey saw nothing.

The Next day monkey was walking in the jungle with a stick in his hand smacking the ground with the stick made the animals that lived underground so the molls chased monkey so far that monkey fell off a cliff burning his bum on the making it red

This post is about Halloween and why we do Halloween and what they use to call Halloween back in the days.

Andrew Patterson

On the 1st of November a special man named Andrew Patterson and came to talk about few things and one of the things he talked about was be a giver then he talks about his trip to Australia  that  was cancelled and the New Zealand Airport had to send everyone to a hotel. The next day everyone went back to the Airport and in line there were about 200 people and only 2 people that was booking the people into hotel. Andrew saw a young couple with 3 children under 5 I know right how hard would it be keeping a under aged kid happy, So what Andrew did was asked the couple to come in the front without authorities. Everyone said it was the right thing to do.

Good role model

How to be a good role model

I will be sharing idea of how to be a good role model hope it helps.


One way to be a good role model is to help your Grandpa and your Grandma clean the house. You can take the rubbish bag to the bin. The reason why you should help your Grandma and Grandpa is because your little brothers or sisters can see you doing helpful things and they can copy when you're not there.


Another way to be a good role model is to help your mum do the cleaning outside and you can help her look after the garden environment like you could water the gardens.


The last way to be a good role model is to help keep the sea clean like just take rubbish that you see in the sea when you go fishing out of the water and put it in a bag then in the bin.


That's all of my ideas and of being a good role model.
