He is also very kind to children...We all know that Donald is the most least racist person in the world and people say he’s mean and racist but Donald trump is not that type of guy he is more of a kind and loyal person…. Donald trump is very fair he built a wall that he paid for himself he did everything to help America and keep it safe….. He helps those in need and builds walls to end wars he will do anything to get respect and trust from other nations….. And if you think your the best looking guy you should check him out

Benefits of physical activity

What are the benefits of physical activity?. Is a thing that I ask myself as I write about it. Here are somethings that benefits physical activities.

The benefits of physical exercise is doing activities that can keep you  healthy and fit. It can reduce your risk of getting a heart attack and more. The reason why u need to your keep healthy is so you could live longer and to have a well toned body.   

Another thing that benefits physical exercising keeping yourself strong and to have stronger bones, muscles and joints and lower the risk of get osteoporosis. Osteoporosis, the way to reduce your chance of having osteoporosis  is to do physical exercises like running, push ups, sit ups and more that’s what helps you reduce your chance of having it.

 One last thing that benefits physical exercise is if you are regularly physically active everyday physical exercise is important because it helps alot not only does it help your body it can also help your heart keep strong. You can also help yourself by challenging yourself and by setting goals that is related to physical exercise.

HOW THE MONKEY GOT ITS RED BUM.

One day in a jungle so fine there was a nice  monkey he was afraid of many things that’s why monkey stayed in the trees where it was safe the monkey had his hands that could stick to many things like trees and more.

One day the monkey was playing in the tree when the monkey jumped in the air something hit the tree really hard and the monkey fell off the tree and hit the ground. When monkey got up he was in pain for a while he looked around to find the animal that hit the tree and monkey saw nothing.

The Next day monkey was walking in the jungle with a stick in his hand smacking the ground with the stick made the animals that lived underground so the molls chased monkey so far that monkey fell off a cliff burning his bum on the making it red

Camp Bentzon

On the first day at camp we went hiking up the Killer Hill. Then we went all the back down hill to the campsite“.” when we got to the campsite, we got to go to our Cabins. In my Cabin there were six of us Vili, Kaden, Peter, Ben, josh, Toni.  So we all got our stuff ready then went outside to have some free time. After our free time Mr J got his horn and blew it.

The next day of camp,we started our activities my first Activity was the Confidence course  with Mr J. I went first  and when I got to the top Mr J said, “Hug your mama”  it so funny,I started laughing! So we carried onto the to another part of with confidence course and last part of the course was the scariest part because we had to walk on a rope.

The Activity that was my favourite was the orienteering because you can act like a detective try find some clues like letters around the camp. We walk around all the activity searching for letters and the activity that was not my favourite was the abseiling because I was so scared I kept losing my L shape.

One day there were 3 men who went camping. Their names  were jack, james and Troy the went into the their tents so they have some rest. Then they saw something it creeping around Troy’s tent then jumped in the air and it came fall and made a hole in the tent and it was just and big dog.

Jack said what is go on here sorry it’s just me and this dog oh ok. So we are leave in sunlight. Two hours later man i’m so tired i’m going to jack up and james so Troy went to wake up james but james one more minute OK so Troy to wake up Jack but was gone he was  going to the house to get some food then stop and looked around him and then look he was to but got lost.

James was calling for jack but they could not find him the two men looked everywhere but the house.“where could he be” “I don’t know” so they went back to their camping grounds and jack found his way back. “Where were you man” “I just got lost”  Oh Ok “But you do want to get lost because I was yelling help!”.

Malo e lelei, My name is Vili. My favourite food is Weet-bix. My favourite colour is black. The sport I like playing is Rugby. Another game I like playing is Call of Duty. If I had three wishes my first wish would be to have a computer. I want a computer so I can learn on it. I could get good at maths and I could go on my google drive to find out about things that I don’t know.                 

My second wish is to have a pet dog. I want a dog because two of my dogs died. Me and my dog could always have races to the trees and then we could run back home.

I would feed him two times a day.  His name would be Jake. He would be my best friend.

For my third wish I would like to have fun with my family. We would go to the beach.I would play with my big sister and build sandcastles with my little brothers and then my brothers and sisters would come and play with my mum and dad. We always like to play dodgeball.
