Benefits of physical activity

What are the benefits of physical activity?. Is a thing that I ask myself as I write about it. Here are somethings that benefits physical activities.

The benefits of physical exercise is doing activities that can keep you  healthy and fit. It can reduce your risk of getting a heart attack and more. The reason why u need to your keep healthy is so you could live longer and to have a well toned body.   

Another thing that benefits physical exercising keeping yourself strong and to have stronger bones, muscles and joints and lower the risk of get osteoporosis. Osteoporosis, the way to reduce your chance of having osteoporosis  is to do physical exercises like running, push ups, sit ups and more that’s what helps you reduce your chance of having it.

 One last thing that benefits physical exercise is if you are regularly physically active everyday physical exercise is important because it helps alot not only does it help your body it can also help your heart keep strong. You can also help yourself by challenging yourself and by setting goals that is related to physical exercise.
